lomography...for those of you who don't already know what that is and are too lazy to look it up, it's basically a style of photography using a cheap, 'inferior' camera/lens, that ends up with picture that often have dark distortion around the edges and skewed colours. but you can also play around with D-SLRs to get the same effect - perhaps it seems a bit bizarre to take a really nice camera/lens and manipulate it to decrease the quality, but the lomo effect is pretty fun. so since i just figured out that my aperture program has a vignette effect, i gave it a try...
