city 3 on my canadian winter tour (montreal, ottawa, vancouver, victoria, calgary) is vancouver! and despite being met with endless rain and grey skies, it was a good excuse to spend quality time with friends staying indoors, eating and drinking well, and watching movies. and that's what winter vacation is really all about!
