lazy days in jordan

okay, so everyone is hungover and lazy today in aqaba and it's too chilly for a swim in the red sea yet, so we're chilling in the outdoor lounge (think low cushions, shisha pipes, smell of herbs in the air, tropical flowers...) and i'm going to try to put up some photos...

the village of wadi rum, as seen from the top of the route goldfinger on jebel rum (rum mountain). sadly rum is not referring to the alcohol (this being a largely muslim area, all we have is a bit of beer and arak), but to an ancient king.
